The Four Corners Monument is located in the only place in the United States where four states meet at one point. On the high desert Colorado plateau in the Southwest, the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah meet at a perpendicular corner intersection called Four Corners. Originally surveyed in 1868, a bronze plate now permanently marks the intersection and visitors can stand in all four states at the same time. The area and monument are part of the Navajo Nation Parks and Recreation Department and a visitor center is open year round. Address: . Southeast corner of UT USA
