Boasting an impressive concentration of artists and writers, the small town of Bluff in the Four Corners region of Utah plays hosts to the Bluff Arts Festival every fall. The three-day, annual event features the works of local artists and writers, combines poetry with pot lucks and finishes with discussions, story-telling, singing and dancing by the local Navajo people.
